Mr. Frank Polievka, Jr. has over eight years of Security, Law Enforcement and training experience. In addition, to his 10 plus years in management highlighted by the supervision of over 100 Armed and Unarmed Security Officers at federal government and commercial contract facilities. Mr. Polievka has written corporate policies and procedures as well as established operational policy and procedures for federal security contracts, while developing a base training curriculum for all new employees.

Mr. Polievka has organized and conducted one of the largest US Department of the Navy OPNAVINST 5530.14C Law Enforcement Training programs for contract security officers at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. Mr. Polievka holds a number of licenses (Security & Police) including a MD Armed License, Commissioned in the District of Columbia as a Special Police Officer, and holds a Virginia Armed Registration. Mr. Polievka is certified through the NRA as a Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor and through MEB, as an Advanced Monadnock Baton and Defensive Tactics Instructor. Mr. Polievka is certified through the Maryland State Police, Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services and the DC Security Officers Management Branch as a Firearms Instructor. Mr. Polievka also is certified through the American Red Cross as a CPR-First Aid and AED Instructor and a licensed instructor in the use of OC Aerosol Weapons for Law Enforcement. In addition, he has attended numerous security, management and training courses to include:

Mr. Polievka has over 24 college credits in Investigations and is an Associate Member in the International Foundation of Protection Officers where he has a proven track record of continued training in various Security platforms, i.e. Executive Protection, Legal Concepts, Intrusion Detection, and Public Event Security. Mr. Polievka is currently in training to obtain his Certified Protection Officer (CPO) designation through the International Federation Protection Officers. Mr. Polievka has a TOP SECRET Clearance with the Federal Government through DOD.
